Step 1

Business English

48-unit, 8-week course delivered online via Zoom, following Business English (Dorling Kindersley).

Level 1
Meetings and presentations, telephone language, company history and business lunches.
Level 2
Interpersonal skills, meeting vocabulary, emailing a client and attending interviews.

Step 2

Prepare for Work

A series of workshops and one-to-one consultations delivered face-to-face, designed to provide personalised support and practical guidance tailored to individual needs.

Understanding and accepting change
Setting a job search objective
Developing a winning CV
Teaching how to write a covering letter
Teaching  interviewing skills
Evaluating and negotiating job offers
Understanding today’s job market
Creating a personal action plan

Step 3

Work Placement

Employers campaign to secure placements for participants according to their personal action plans. Six-month follow-up with HR consultant upon successful placement.

Hybrid: Face-to-face and online.
