Creating Accessories and Crafting for Stress Relief
At the workshops supported by Brama, we delve into the art of handcrafting unique accessories across a variety of mediums. From brooches, hair adornments, earrings, rings, bracelets and necklaces, to embroidery on bags and even crafting bags from scratch - there's something for everyone. Each participant is free to choose the craft that resonates with them.
A therapeutic escape where creativity, community, and self-expression flourish.
Our events offer a respite from daily stresses, allowing participants to immerse themselves in creativity. We believe these workshops serve not only as a means of self-expression but also as a form of therapy. They provide a welcoming space where people can meet, share stories and collaborate on creating something beautiful. Both adults and children join our sessions, enhancing fine motor skills and building social connections.
International Involvement
Members of various communities have become part of our workshops. Having relocated to the UK for work or study, they've settled here and contribute to our rich tapestry of cultures. Our events not only help participants express their creativity but also foster cultural exchange and strengthen bonds between different communities.
Who Are These Workshops For?
Our workshops are open to anyone eager to embrace a creative atmosphere and learn new skills. While we primarily focus on women and children, we warmly welcome all nationalities and age groups. We began with Ukrainian and British participants and have since been joined by individuals from Hong Kong and Turkey. Through these workshops, participants not only acquire new talents but also experience a sense of support and understanding.
