Cultural Exchange

Cultural events for our community

Using our extensive expertise in organising numerous successful events we provide a wide array of engaging experiences.

Board Games Night

December 14, 2024
A relaxed and welcoming board games night brought young refugees together for an evening of fun, socialising, and English practice. Participants enjoyed a variety of games, shared traditional Ukrainian food, and engaged in festive activities. The night ended with a special gift distribution, encouraging continued connections beyond the event.

Rock Climbing

December 14, 2024
A dynamic rock climbing session at Flash Climbing Centre gave participants the chance to build confidence, develop teamwork and practise English in a supportive environment. With expert guidance, they challenged themselves, enjoyed a gym session and connected over coffee and desserts. A truly empowering experience that fostered resilience and camaraderie.

Cambridge Trip

November 30, 2024
A cultural trip to Cambridge gave young refugees the chance to explore one of the UK’s most historic academic cities, improve their English and form new friendships. The day included a guided tour of the university colleges, free time to visit key landmarks and a moving performance by a Ukrainian choir, making it a truly memorable experience.

Her engaging and practical methods made learning enjoyable and the excellent textbook made it easier to understand. This course has significantly improved my English skills. I'm deeply grateful for its organisation.
